Our website and services are hosted on WordPress, Wix Ltd and Retreat Guru. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to make our products and services available to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Participation in indigenous earth medicine ceremonies involves potential physical and emotional risks. It is your responsibility to assess whether your physical and mental health allows for participation. We strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before attending any ceremony. You acknowledge and understand that the use of indigenous earth medicines and participation in related ceremonies may have varying effects on individuals, including but not limited to physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual effects. These effects can vary based on individual circumstances, pre-existing medical conditions, medications, and other factors.
a. By participating in an indigenous earth medicine ceremony, you assume all risks associated with the ceremony, including but not limited to the ingestion or use of indigenous earth medicines, exposure to unfamiliar environments, physical activities, intense emotions, and interactions with facilitators, participants, or the general environment.
b. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your physical and mental health, including any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, medications, and any other relevant information that may impact your participation in the ceremony. Failure to disclose such information may result in serious consequences and potentially compromise your safety and well-being.
c. You acknowledge that the facilitators and staff of ancestralceremonies.org are not healthcare professionals and do not provide medical advice or treatment. Any guidance or information provided by them regarding health-related matters is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns or conditions before participating in any ceremony.
We reserve the right to refuse participation or request withdrawal from a ceremony if we believe it is not in your best interest or compromises the safety or well-being of yourself or others. Our decision to refuse participation or request withdrawal may be based on factors including, but not limited to:
a. Physical or mental health conditions that may pose a risk to your safety or the safety of others during the ceremony.
b. Failure to provide accurate and complete health-related information.
c. Non-compliance with our instructions, guidelines, or safety protocols.
d. Evidence of substance abuse or intoxication prior to or during the ceremony.
e. Disruptive or unsafe behavior that may harm yourself, others, or the ceremonial environment.
f. Violation of any of our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct.

In the event that your participation is refused or you are requested to withdraw from a ceremony, you agree to comply immediately and understand that refunds or compensation may not be provided in such cases.
Please note that indigenous earth medicine ceremonies are not suitable for everyone, and we reserve the right to make individual assessments based on the information provided to us. The ultimate responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being lies with you, and by participating in a ceremony, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and responsibilities.

SECTION 5– THE SERVICE
In order to use the Services, you may be required to complete an application and to provide information about yourself including you first and last name, email address, mailing address, and other personal information. You agree that any information that you provide to Institute of Ancestral Ceremonies will always be accurate, correct, and current. You agree to not impersonate someone else or to provide information or an email address that is not your own.
We will send to you an email to confirm receipt of your application and to provide other details concerning your application, including to schedule an intake call and to provide details about registration for the Services including retreat experiences. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible by emailing support@ancestralceremonies.org.

SECTION 6 – SERVICES AND PRICES
Retreats and workshops organized by ancestralceremonies.org require a reservation and a payment in advance. The suggested donations prices, availability, and reservation details provided on the Service are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy in our pricing and availability information, but errors or discrepancies may occur. In the event of any such errors or discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel or modify a reservation and provide you with an opportunity to rebook or receive a refund.
By making a reservation, you agree to pay the specified fees for the selected retreat or workshop. Payments may be made through the payment methods specified on the Service, such as credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment options. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount due for your reservation, including any applicable taxes and fees, to the payment method you have provided.
a. If there are any payment processing errors, such as insufficient funds, declined transactions, or invalid payment details, we may not be able to complete your reservation. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your financial institution or payment provider in connection with such payment processing errors.
b. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation or payment for any reason, including but not limited to instances where we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized use of payment methods, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which can be found on our website. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions of our Cancellation and Refund Policy before making a reservation.
a. If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, you must notify us in accordance with the procedures outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please note that cancellation requests may be subject to specific deadlines, fees, or penalties as specified in the policy.
b. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Depending on the circumstances and the timing of your cancellation, you may be eligible for a full refund, partial refund, or no refund at all.
c. We are not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of a canceled or modified reservation, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation expenses, transportation costs, or any other related expenses.
It is recommended that you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against such unforeseen circumstances. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 7 – REFUNDS
Once registration for a retreat or ceremony experience is completed, any donations made are not refundable, however, fifty percent (50%) of the donation may be applied to your participation in a future retreat if for any reason you must cancel.
If your application has not been accepted by us, you will receive a full refund of any donations made within 10 working days excluding the $50 USD for the intake call which is non-refundable.

SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any application you make with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel applications per person, per household or per donation. These restrictions may include applications made by or under the same member account, the same credit card, and/or applications that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an application, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the application was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit applications that, in our sole judgment, appear to be made by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate donation and application information for all applications made at our organization. You agree to promptly update your application and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
